Wonder and appreciation are easy ways to shift your perception to create a fulfilling and enlivened life, moment by moment. Awakening to choice and applying those choices are the keys to enlightenment. Come play!
Choose Wonder Today…
Choose one good wonder question for the day and ask it throughout the day. Make a commitment to write it down either the night before or first thing in the morning. To make it a habit, tie it to something else you automatically do — brushing your teeth, drinking your coffee, etc. One of my favorite wonder questions is: “I wonder how I can experience joy today?” I also like - “I wonder how I can see everyone as my ally today?”

Remember: wonder questions are a compass guiding you to what you want in your life.
Daily Appreciation Practice:
Find an appreciation buddy. Partner with a friend or associate who will commit to sharing one daily appreciation with you via text each day. The clincher is it has to be an appreciation for yourself. This daily appreciation helps us celebrate who we are being or what we are doing now, rather than criticizing and judging (neither of which are fulfilling or life enhancing). Not only will you feel better about yourself — you’ll start noticing and appreciating others. Appreciation is one of the most nourishing practices you can do for yourself and for those around you.
